Let’s make this post short and sweet just like the British summer in order to better illustrate the unfortunate weather. And also because it’s my zillionth post featuring this very same bag which you’re probably as tired of seeing as you are Miley Cyrus’ tongue. This post is, therefore, an ode to the
non-existing British summer.
Shot about four weeks ago, I felt this unstoppable urge to share this outfit now because I needed to remind myself how the summer is or, even better: what exactly is summer? Where does it come from? Does it even exist? That’s what four sunless weeks does to me: I turn into a wannabe Aristotle. Anyway… this long white embroidered dress or, as my Dad says, ‘the wedding dress’, is one of my favourite summer pieces. It’s so effortlessly beautiful and super easy to dress up or down. Unfortunately, it’s now hidden in the back of the wardrobe until next summer. Simply call it the sleeping beauty of dresses.
