Hello September, bye bye August! And with that also comes my August favourites roundup. I seem to have one pair of shoes in my favourites post literally every month but I simply can’t stop obsessing over shoes at the moment. Designers need to stop making cute shoes. They’re my biggest weakness and I can’t think straight when I spot a gorgeous pair. I’m sure the majority of you feels the same way. You’ve seen me wearing these Dior slingback pumps here where I mentioned how much I disliked them when they first launched. And now I’m basically the biggest shoe hypocrite because I can’t stop admiring and wearing them. Pretty? Check! Getting lots of wear? Check! Conclusion? August favourites wouldn’t be the same without them.
Little black dresses (LBD) are everywhere and relatively easy to find. But my definition of a great LBD changed when I saw this Stevie May Tower mini dress. It’s not just a LBD. It’s floral, it’s cute, it’s fun and it’s elegant. Now this combo in just one dress is hard to find. It’s definitely going to be my forever favourite LBD. See more of this dress here.
Two favourites in just one pic: this Valentino Rockstud shoulder bag and this basic t-shirt with a not so basic floral embroidery. I feel like the bag’s blue tone goes with everything and it’s surprisingly roomy for such a small bag as well. The t-shirt was an amazing H&M find which screams Gucci to me. The embroidery is even more gorgeous in person. 100% a white t-shirt that goes a long way.
